TERMS & CONDITIONS

AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age 21.

DRIVER’S LICENCE: A valid driving licence held for at least one year is required.

MINIMUM RENTAL: One day (24hr). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rental.

PETROL: Petrol is payable by the renter.

TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.

INSURANCE: All authorized drivers of P.D.Q rent a car are covered against fire and liability to third parties for death, injury or damage to property.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (C.D.W): The renters liability for the damage to the P.D.Q vehicle can be reduced to 295.00 euros for groups A,B,E; 300.00 euros for groups C; 590.00 euros for groups D,F; by paying an additional daily fee as follows: 10.27 euros for groups A,B,E; 13.21 euros for group C; 17.61 euros for groups D,F.

The renter may waive the above liability by paying 7.00 euros daily for groups A,B,E; 9.00 euros daily for group C and 15.00 euros daily for groups D,F (F.C.W).

THEFT PROTECTION: Theft protection is an optional service which if accepted relieves the renter from all financial responsibility for loss or damage to the P.D.Q vehicle by or following theft according to the conditions of our rental agreement. Theft protection can be obtained under the following daily charge: 6.00 euros for groups A,B,E; 9.00 euros for group C and 12.00 euros for groups D,F.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER CHARGE: 3.00 euros per day.

TAXES: All rates include 22% VAT.

BABY SEATS: Available on request for children up to 3 years old, daily charge 3.00 euros.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES: Airports and Ports 18.00 euros charge.

FERRYING THE CAR: An advance written authorization from P.D.Q rent a car is required.

ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS: An advance written authorization from P.D.Q rent a car is required.

AVAILABILITY: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

Car key loss is renters liability.
